mznhall Listened to this a lot growing up. I remember randomly finding and loving it. I played it on the aux once with my sister and I remember her asking,

"Is this weeping fawn?"

It turns out that she knew them in real life, a friend at a horse barn. So cool! So hi :) I'm Emma's younger brother.

Magic Cat was always enchanting to me. I listened to this song on repeat when I lived in Georgia. I moved to California years ago, but if I close my eyes, I can picture myself in the Georgia forest. Favorite track: MAGIC CAT.

about

"Moon in my hand" is about love, death. fear, change, leaves, cats, and bodies. This album is a collection of songs I wrote that are very near and dear to my heart, exploring things that are hard to talk about. When I first started piecing this album together, I had one main purpose- which is to create music that queer people can find healing in. The lyrics of this album aren't for me, but for everyone else who could ever need them. My hope is that these songs will reach the people out there who need it most, as well as people who genuinely just enjoy my music. Try listening to this album when you're taking a walk down the street in autumn, or in the car when it's raining.
I'm ready for these songs to be heard now, thank you to everyone who has ever supported me in my art, thank you to Thomas, Joseph, my family, Cici, Maria, Leigh, Miles, and Tonya for always rooting for me. Thank you to Jay and Elliot for helping me play my first show this year, and thank you to all the other incredibly talented musicians in my area that constantly support and build me up. I am a very lucky young man.
